Ajax found himself the victim of the economy. He is a sweet boy of only 1.5 years old, brought into his family in better times. Hard times hit, and Mom had to return to work to help support the family. Poor Ajax was left alone for very long days. He was not happy, so the family made the very hard decision to find a rescue for him, where he would be safe and loved. Col Potter was that rescue. The family waited a few weeks, until a foster home opened up, knowing better care could not be found elsewhere for their beloved boy.
We welcome Ajax, and we are thankful we could open our arms to him. For his family, it is bittersweet. Their hearts are breaking, but they know that he deserved more than what they could give him and they are happy to know he will be in a better place. We thank them for putting HIS needs first, and promise to take very good care of their boy.
