Katydid was just adopted yesterday from Illinois and her new owner fumbled with the leash near her new home in Michigan and she got loose. She's in Rochester Hills, MI. If anyone thinks they can go and help search for her, here's the address: 2812 Woodford Circle Rochester Hills, MI 48306.
She is not familiar with her new surroundings or her new family yet. She is a puppymill rescue and may be attracted to the sound of other dogs barking according to her foster dad.She is microchipped and has on her harness and collar and is dragging a leash. Her foster dad thinks she may be hiding under something. Since she is dragging a leash, she may also be caught up on something.
Posters are going out and local authorities have been contacted.
