FOOD FOR THOUGHT...IF OUR DOGS COULD TALK

Contributed by a CP Volunteer

I don't know alot about the cartoonist Patrick McDonnell but he is truly an advocate of rescue and from time-to-time his comic strip Mutts focuses on the plight of shelter animals . . . thought I'd share his one . . we can all relate to it. -

Note from CP: Many of our dogs come from situations where they have received little care or affection. They go to foster homes where they are assessed and provided with the opportunity to become a companion animal in a comfortable home. This cartoon should make us all pause.
